ABOUT

Dianna Marisol Santillano, born in Los Angeles, CA, is a writer and scholar. Her current work is focused on contemporary art practices and in particular Performance and Body art, observed from a socio-political and philosophical lens. 

She has conducted both academic and museum-related research and writing. Her most recent project includes a revised chapter of her thesis on artist Daniel Joseph Martinez in the academic publication Art and the Artist in Society.

She teaches Art History at Cerritos College and California State University, Los Angeles.
